Great consultation personality, but turns out misleading. Bad customer service...does not like any questions asked. Considers questions to be confrontational and reacts defensively. Needs two visits eight weeks apart to complete eyeliner. Eyeliner faded terribly so blame was put on my aftercare. Eyeliner faded nearly completely after required 2nd visit as well. Very painful procedure both visits even with alot of numbing medicine. 8 hours total for eyeliner work that faded/came out almost completely in a few days! Not allowed to ask questions--repeatedly referred me to aftercare instructions "paperwork" which was required that I sign. I do not recommend this place/person at all. Very disappointed. Wish I had chosen someone else. Spent a few hundred dollars and I'm still going to have to put eyeliner makeup on anyway!
